Roy Marsh steps down today as Chair of the YMC. Seen here announcing his intention at the last J-Day in October, he has held the post for four years and before that he was the secretary/treasurer.

"I'll certainly miss all the contact with the YMC members at the workshops and other events", said Roy. "I wish them all the very best of luck for the future."

"I have had the support of a great team and I leave the YMC in safe hands", he added.

"I wish my successor every good wish for the future and I look forward to seeing the YMC grow from strength to strength", he concluded.

Roy has been awarded membership of the Inner Magic Circle (with Gold Star) for all his work with the YMC, and as a member of The Magic Circle technical crew as well as for his skills as a performer.
